Many video call apps like Zoom and Skype have come much more popular recently with the decrease in social events taking place. These apps have become the home of family and friend quizzes and games. Here is a list of games you can play:

Working out isn’t for everyone however it’s highly recommended that you do 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day and that shouldn’t change during the lockdown. Being in isolation is taking its toll on people’s mental health, but doing physical activity can improve your mood as endorphins are released into your brain which makes you feel good. If Working out isn’t your thing, then Yoga is a good alternative as that also has the same mental benefits.
