At Castle Homes, we have two rental options — rent only & bills included.
With the bills included option, all of your bills will be part of your monthly rent, including:
- Fibre optic internet — connection & monthly subscription
- Gas, electricity & water
- Full annual TV license
This option is available for most of our properties. But, of course, you are able to choose the rent-only option so you can take care of your own bills if desired!
Yes! You are able to come and visit your loved one whilst they’re at university.
We take tenant safety very seriously……..Depending on where you live with us, you will benefit from one or more of the following security measures:
