The apartments have parking access too for the drivers either visiting or staying at in Alexandra House.
One of the best features of Alexandra House is the location, as mentioned already it’s placed near the lively Princes Ave and Newland Ave which is a perfect place to go for drinks with a few friends or go and grab some food with the wide range restaurants on these streets. The Piper Club and The Welly club are also very close as they are just a 5-minute walk away. If a social life is your thing Alexandra house is the place to be.
Beech Grove Houses:
Once again based a 5-minute walk from Newland Avenue and a 10-minute walk from Hull University, Beech Grove student housing has the ideal location for students of Hull University to live. Just around the corner from Domino’s Pizza it has everything a student could ever want. Both student houses located on Beech Grove have 10 bedrooms which is perfect for you and all your friends to live, laugh and study. Beech grove is also very close to popular nightclubs The Welly and Piper.
Beech Grove Apartments:
All our Beech Grove student apartments in Hull are all 1-bedroom accommodations. The designs of these apartments are the main attraction. With the highest quality décor and furnishings Beech Grove is the perfect place for a student who is wanting to live by themselves.

All our Properties on Beverley Road and just off Beverley Road are all for different group sizes. From 1-bedroom apartments to 10 bedroom houses our Beverley Road selection offers everything a student at Hull University will need. Beverley road is located in a nice part of Hull where food and clubs are only a short walk away. The City Centre is only a short bus drive away from Beverley road and all our properties. In the City Centre you’ll find a wide range of activities to do. From shopping to attending concerts, what you choose to do in you spare time is in your hands.
Here’s a review from one of the students of Hull who stayed in one of our Beverley Road properties “Lived in 14 Washington for my 3rd year and it has by far been the best living experience I have had while at Uni, the landlord is always quick to get anything fixed like a tap got a little loose and was repaired the next day, very understanding with rent payments and any inconveniences coming from student finance services, ALWAYS have a laugh or a joke when they pop round or we pop in, 13/10 would recommend”
Newland Avenue:

However, if your spending budget is holding you back slightly then there is also various takeaways and supermarkets nearby if you really want to live the student experience! Not far from all of our properties is Pearson Park where you can head with friends to have a kick around or just chill by the pond while doing some revision.
