I hereby (jointly and severally) guarantee to indemnify the landlord:

A) against any loss (i.e. Rent, cleaning or damage etc.) incurred by him/her in respect of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy entered into by the tenant *

B) that the provisions of this indemnity shall apply to any increased rental and/or to any continuation extension renewal or re-grant of the tenancy created by the Agreement whether by operation between the landlord and the Tenant or otherwise as if this indemnity were incorporated in full in such contained extended or re-granted tenancy (as the case may be) and for the avoidance of doubt the Guarantor hereby agrees with the Landlord that the Tenant shall pay the rent reserved by such continued extended renewed or re-granted tenancy (as the case may be) and shall perform and observe all the agreements on the part of the Tenant therein contained. *

C) the guarantor is jointly and severally responsible and liable to all terms of the tenancy. *

D) the estate of the guarantor becomes liable to the conditions of this agreement if they die while this agreement is being enforced. *

E) the guarantor acknowledges that they have read and understood a copy of the tenancy Agreement/contract and that they are signing without duress and that they have sought legal advice to both this guarantor form and the tenancy agreement. *
